PEACE BE WITH YOU

Jesus approach to his disciples after his resurrection was ever so gentle. He didn’t blame them or scold them for betraying him because he knew how they were feeling. He did not rub salt into their wounds. Instead, he said simple but magical words “Peace be with you!”
It is always graceful to surprise your betrayers with forgiveness, though painful it might be but more Christ-like as Christ did to his disciples today.
I pray for God’s grace to have the courage of always returning hatred with love, and betrayal with Peace!
