1 min readToday is the Good Shepherd Sunday! I welcome you to such a day. We are reminded of the true nature of a good leader and a true Shepherd. Christ is our Good Shepherd who laid down his life for us his flock.
His life was not taken away from him rather he laid it down for his flock. That is what should be expected of every leader – having an eye on the ground for your subordinates.
One of the characteristics of a good Shepherd is the ability to sacrifice for your flock and also to detect the pulse of your flock. It’s a privilege to be a leader and we pray God to give us the heart of a true Shepherd like Christ the Good Shepherd through Christ Our Lord Amen!
