ROYAL FATHERS IN UZO-UWANI READY TO FIGHT INSECURITY IN THE COUNCIL AREA

The royal fathers of Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area (LGA ) have consented to fight insecurity in the area to a stand-still.
Rising from an inaugural meeting of the Council at Obu Nsukka, Nsukka LGA, Enugu State recently, the royal fathers in unity decided to set up a security committee to scout for funds in order to encourage the vigilante groups in the LGA.
The Chairman of the royal fathers, His Royal Highness, Igwe Fidelis Eze, Onyishi Agaba-Idu 17 of Abbi Ancient Kingdom, eulogised the royal fathers for their consent in tackling insecurity in the LGA.
Also, the royal father of Iggah Ancient Kingdom, HRH, Igwe Dr. Herbert Nwanosike Ukuta, JP, the Agbalakata 111 of Iggah kingdom and 3rd Deputy Chairman, Enugu State Traditional Rulers’ Council, appreciated His Excellency, Dr. Barr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for his performance through infrastructural development in the State.
Igwe Herbert Ukuta, who doubles as the Chairman, Enugu North Zonal Traditional Rulers’ Council (ENZTRC), also eulogised those who in one way or the other, lent helping hands to the building of ‘Obu’ Nsukka, like HRH, Igwe Raphael Simon Ngwu Eze, the Ochendo 1 of Obige Obukpa, former Chairman, ENZTRC, and HRH, Igwe Dr. Osisi Itodo, Eze-Oha 1 of Essodo, the Patron of ENZTRC and other members of their team, including Distinguished Senator Chukwuka Godfrey Utazi.
In his contribution, HRH, Igwe Vincent Onunze (Agujiegbe), decried the ill-treatment metted out to traditional rulers in the entire South East by governments, especially the traditional rulers in Enugu State by past governments in the State.
