THANKSGIVING: HON CHIDI MARK OBETTA’S ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE – GOES TO CHURCH TO THANK HIS MAKER

Hon. Chidi Mark Obetta, Member Representing Nsukka/Igbo-Eze South Federal Constituency yesterday 25th June 2023, went for a Thanksgiving Service at St. John’s Catholic Church Ibagwa-Ani, Nsukka Local Government Area, Enugu State.
It will be recalled that Hon Chidi Obetta, a former banker, businessman and philanthropist extraordinaire, contested and won election into the Federal House of Assembly recently under Labour Party.
Delivering his sermon which had over thirty-one clergies in attendance, Very Rev. Fr. Brendan Obasi, the Dean of Ibagwa-Ani Deanery, thanked God for the gift of Hon. Chidi Mark Obetta. He noted that Hon. Chidi is one of the good things God did for Ibagwa-Ani people and indeed, humanity. He urged Hon. Chidi and other politicians like him to make common people the centerpiece of their stewardship in the National Assembly. He pointed out that the people are the reason for there being in the House.
Dignitaries from all works of life were in attendance to rejoice and thank God with him. Among whom were, His Excellency Barr. Chijioke Jonathan Edeoga, Senator Okey Ezea, Barr. Nnia Nwodo, Hon. Dennis Agbo, Chief Chijioke Amu-Nnadi, Prof. Joe Asogwa, Dr. Ike Ugbor, yours sincerely, Comrade Nkem Ossai and several other distinguished personalities.
