BREAKING NEWS:
1 min readAPPEAL COURT SITTING IN LAGOS HAS RESERVED JUDGMENT IN THE APPEAL FILED BY HON CHIJIOKE EDEOGA AGAINST THE JUDGMENT OF ENUGU STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL WHICH UPHELD THE ELECTION OF BARR PETER MBAH.
Counsels to both parties have earlier today adopted and argued their briefs before the Learned Justices of the Appeal Court, sitting in Lagos. And the Court subsequently has reserved date for judgment on the case which had attracted both local and international attention because of glaring issues of Certificate forgery, over voting and vote swap which clearly deprived Labour Party and its Governorship Candidate their win over PDP and its own candidate Barr Peter Mbah.
Curiously, the PDP and Peter Mbah’s legal team couldn’t even as much as mention the judgment they procured to from Abuja High Court against NYSC before the Appeal Court today.
Case adjourned for judgement.
