Existential Reflection (3)……..
1 min readIf I’m not involved, it will not work
Experience has shown that some people have the mentality of “If I’m not involved, it will not work”. For them, every good idea in an organization or community MUST come from them or MUST BE CLAIMED to have come from them; if not, they will do everything possible to ensure that it does not work out at all. The reason is not that the idea is not good or workable but that it is not coming from them or connected with them.
My dear friend, every good thing must not come from you or be connected with you. As a human person, a leader or as an administrator that desires the best for his/her Organisation, community or subjects, always learn to seek for wisdom wherever it is found no matter whoever is holding it. If your enemy or a ‘madman’ is in possession of wisdom, please, go get it, acknowledge the source and be happy and successful thereafter. This is the pragmatic and existential approach to be successful in life.
EVERY GOOD IDEA MUST NOT COME FROM YOU FOR IT TO BE WORKABLE AND SUCCESSFUL .
This existential truism calls for deeper existential reflection especially as we step into ‘Mber’ months today. Happy New Month of September my people!
