THE CHURCH REMAINS THE CENTER OF THE DISPENSARY OF THE CHURCH’S ARSENALS OF FAITH AND HOPE
Today, the Church celebrates the feast of her mother, Church Lateran Basilica, in Rome. It is referred to as the mother of all churches and remains the symbol of the universal unity of the Catholic faith. The Church remains the center of the dispensary of the Church’s arsenals of faith and hope, as Ezikiel highlighted in the first reading. The sacraments that flow from the Church sanctifies and purify her members.
This celebration calls to mind our own individual regard for the local churches in our communities and, most importantly, as St. Paul will admonish, our regard for our body as the temple of the Holy Spirit.
I pray God to give us the grace to appropriate and savor the spiritual benefits of His Church as a vehicle for our salvation through Christ Our Lord Amen!
Happy Sunday! Fadafido Cares!
