Abia Pensioner Receives Over ₦2 Million Gratuity Under Alex Otti’s Government, Daughter Celebrates

An Abia State pensioner has reportedly received over ₦2 million in gratuity, prompting an excited reaction from her daughter, who shared the news on social media.
The daughter, identified as Nne Joe on X, disclosed that her mother called her after receiving an alert of more than ₦2 million.
Sharing her excitement, Nne Joe revealed that her mother was so delighted by the payment that she transferred ₦50,000 to her.
“My mother just called me that she saw alert of two million plus. Joy wan wound her. And she sent me 50k to ball small,” she wrote.
The social media user praised Abia State Governor Alex Otti over the reported payment, contrasting the development with the administrations of former governors Okezie Ikpeazu and Theodore Orji.
