NEW ACTING VICE CHANCELLOR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NIGERIA NSUKKA, PROF. EMEKA CHIGBU ASSUMES OFFICE

In a brief handover ceremony at the Conference room of the Vice-Chancellor, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, the erstwhile Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Romanus Chukwuduluo Ezeokonkwo today formally handed over the symbol of staff of office, the University Mace to the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Polycarp EMEKA Chigbu.
He congratulated Prof. Chigbu for his appointment as the Acting Vice-Chancellor by the University Council and wished him a successful tenure in office.
Prof. Chigbu, in his remarks said it is an honour to earn the trust of the institution and vowed not to fail in the discharge of his duties which he would attack with passion, a sense of commitment and dedication.
He solicited the cooperation of the staff and the entire University Community towards the actualization of his dream to take the University to the next level.
