Enugu LG Polls: Igwe Ogadagidi Congratulates Chairmen on Election Victories

His Royal Majesty, Igwe Samuel Ikechukwu Asadu, Chairman of the Enugu State Traditional Rulers’ Council, has congratulated Chief Engr. Jude Chinedu Asogwa, the chairman-elect of Nsukka Local Government Council, and other PDP candidates on their victories in the recent Enugu State council elections.
In a statement released in Nsukka, Igwe Asadu described Asogwa’s victory as a true reflection of the people’s will and expressed confidence in his leadership to bring progress, particularly to rural communities. The monarch also congratulated other victorious PDP candidates, commending their strong connection with their communities.
Igwe Asadu praised Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for creating an enabling environment for the successful elections and acknowledged the efforts of the Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission (ENSIEC) for conducting a transparent and credible electoral process. He emphasized the importance of this success as a sign of brighter prospects for local governance in Enugu State and expressed confidence that the newly elected leaders would fulfill their campaign promises and work for the prosperity of all.
