Elon Musk’s DOGE confirmed Obama & Biden’s USAID are the sponsors of ISIS, Boko Haram, Al-Qaeda, the Taliban, and more terrorists with taxpayers’ money—~$1bn annually.
With an annual budget of ~$1bn dollars, David Hundeyin initially called it. Nigeria’s CDS, Chris Musa, also hinted at it several times.
U.S. Congressman Scott Perry finally made it public yesterday, leaving Nigerians and American taxpayers in shock. He added that USAID claims the funds were for building schools, but the school projects are nonexistent.
USAID also pays Taliban families whose members “they” killed so that they won’t join ISIS.
Earlier this month, David Hundeyin alleged that Barack Obama’s government was solely responsible for unseating Goodluck Jonathan, using Boko Haram and staging the “Chibok Girls” kidnapping, promoting a universal #BringBackOurGirls campaign, championed by Aisha Yesufu in Nigeria, among others.
Aisha released about 25 tweets denying the claims and labeling the journalist as biased.
David Hundeyin also mentioned 10 Nigerian journalists who were under USAID payroll, pushing propaganda for £333 per month.
They included Premium Times journalists, TheCable, and a few other independent journalists.
Allegedly, the U.S. already had troops on the ground, ready to start a war, should Jonathan have failed to concede defeat.
However, Jonathan knew this and conceded defeat with the ideology that no Nigerian blood was worth his political ambitions.
Boko Haram was founded in 2002, but gained popularity in 2009 when they openly rebelled against the government.
In 2014, they raided a school in broad daylight and kidnapped 276 girls and some female teachers. This act gave them international recognition, which was apparently sponsored by the U.S. government.
So far, they have killed more than 30,000 people and displaced over 15 million.
The Nigerian Chief of Defense Staff, General Usman, who was recently denied a Canadian visa, hinted that terrorists are sponsored by NGOs.
He stated that NGOs bring trucks full of medical aid, claiming it is for rural communities, but when they reach an isolated area, they claim the truck has broken down.
They leave it. Days later, the driver returns to drive the same truck back home—but at this point, the truck is empty. The next thing you see is terrorists with brand-new sophisticated weapons.
NGOs were the first piece to fall in the USAID criminal domino. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, PIDOM, and David Hundeyin have all alleged this before today’s confirmation.
Despite Donald Trump’s order stopping financial support via USAID, USAID still sent funds out to themselves.
According to David Hundeyin, USAID ignored Donald Trump’s orders and kept disbursing money, particularly to Nigeria.
But the money never reached Nigeria. Instead, it was diverted to a company in Maryland called DAI Global LLC, registered in Bethesda, Maryland, USA.
USAID paid $3.3 million to “Nigeria” just four days before Donald Trump’s inauguration, despite news of Trump’s intentions to shut USAID down.
Not only that, David Hundeyin also discovered that between 2020 and 2025, USAID sent $48 million to DAI Global LLC in Maryland, but they were all recorded as payments to Nigeria.
Between January 20th and February 4th, USAID sent $799,000 to Nigeria—of course, it never got there.
Most of the funds were labeled as “Undisclosed” or “Miscellaneous”.
Trump banned payments on January 28th. Yet, USAID still disbursed $466,000 to “Nigeria” in eight different tranches.
All of these were corroborated by Elon Musk, who has openly called USAID a criminal organization that funds terrorism without denial.
Elon Musk insists USAID has lived long enough—it’s time to sunset.
Trump recently fired the Inspector General of USAID and those involved in releasing funds after he ordered them to stop.
A 2014 report from The Washington Post talked about how USAID recruited young people, sponsored them to topple governments, and created an HIV support program as their cover.
