Synergy: The Gateway to Success
Synergy has to do with the ability to pull energies together to achieve a particular goal. This means that the actualisation of success is highly dependent on how much energies one is able to pull together. Yes, no human person can singlehandedly achieve anything meaningful without synergizing with others. No one knows it all. Hence, the need to collaborate with others. We need to synergize for success to be achieved.
Synergy also means the willingness to accept divergent views and opinions. One thing we need to know is that every human person has something good to offer. We cannot progress as a people without proper synergy. Despite our differences as unique individuals, our watchword should always be: Synergy – the gateway to success. So, get wisdom wherever it is found no matter whoever is holding it. This is an existential approach to life that leads to success.
